our founder // Jillian Ripplinger
Founder of Honeycomb and a hairstylist for 17+ years, Jillian has built her career around beautiful hair, big ideas, and creating spaces people genuinely want to be in. Known for lived-in colour, blondes, effortless texture, and an eye for detail. She’s just as passionate about the experience as she is the end result.
Honeycomb is a space built around creativity, education, community, and a team she’s incredibly proud of. Her work as an entrepreneur was recognized as a 2022 ABEX Awards Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist, and this year, Honeycomb was named a Top 25 Salon in the One Shot Global Hair Awards.

Curl & Texture Guru // Tyler Caragata
With 16 years behind the chair, Tyler is our curl & texture specialist and precision haircutter. He offers personalized 1:1 curl sessions to help you understand and embrace your natural texture, along with precision cuts, short styles, bobs, and beautifully placed layers. His colour work is dimensional, seamless, and effortlessly wearable. Talented, hilarious, and just the right amount of sassy, Tyler makes every appointment feel like catching up with your funniest friend.
Colourist & Vivids // Kami Crossman
With 11 years behind the chair, Kami is known for her lived-in colour and unapologetically bold vivids. They call her Kami the Colourist for a reason. Her work is dimensional, creative, and always completely customized to the person in her chair. She’s witty, funny, wildly talented, and the kind of stylist you instantly love.. Leave an appointment with Kami and you’ll leave feeling like your best self inside and out.
Colourist & Extension Artist // Lauren Dickie
Only three years behind the chair, Lauren has the kind of natural talent that makes you think she’s been doing this much longer. A true born natural, she’s quickly becoming one of the city’s standout stylists of the next generation.
Certified in Bellami Hair Extensions, Lauren is known for gorgeous length transformations, lived-in colour, and beautiful blondes that feel effortless. She’s cool, laid-back, and always brings the good vibes to her chair.

Known for lived-in brunettes, vivid colour, and effortlessly cool cuts, rom shags to gorgeous layers, Nika is a standout behind the chair. Her work is bold, dimensional, and completely her own.
With a warm, bubbly personality, Nika has a way of making everyone feel instantly comfortable. Her chair is a space to be yourself, have a laugh, and leave feeling amazing. Great hair, good energy, and a chair you’ll want to come back to.

A Honeycomb original, Jordan has been with us since day one. Over the years, she’s grown not only behind the chair, but alongside the most beautiful family, and we couldn’t be more proud to watch it all unfold.
